BEARS ONLINE TEAM REGISTRATION
We have implemented a new registration system on the Active Network for the Bridgewater Bears Hockey Club. The initial set-up requires that we create the Parent and Participant accounts as we process your Tuition payment. Once we have created your online account and processed your tuition payment / deposit you will receive a registration confirmation email requesting that you follow a link to complete activation of your online account and complete your Bears Online Registration.
Step 1
You will need to first register with USA hockey for the 2010/2011 season at:
http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/
You will receive a Confirmation Number on the receipt from USA Hockey. Our Bears registration process requires that USA Hockey Confirmation number to complete our registration. The new website will pull your player’s information into the Bears registration.
Step 2
You can then complete the Bears registration information by clicking the link in your registration confirmation email or this link:

Login:
User name: see your registration confirmation email
Password: see email
Enter the USA Hockey confirmation number you received in Step 1.
Please complete your player registration by acknowledging the:
· USA Hockey registration & USA Hockey Waiver Form,
· Completing the USA Hockey Medical Release and Consent to Treat Form,
· USA Hockey Code of Conduct form,
· BBHC Release of Liability and Acknowledgement of Risk
· NJYHL Agreement
It should take a few minutes but the good news is that this will be your permanent account and can be updated by you at any time if emails or phone numbers change.
